Alright, so I've "tried" diets and workout plans before, but this site is AMAZING. I love how easy it is, no sign up fee, no ads all over the place about "how it would be better if you -joined- the official site for the diet you chose" or anything.
I'm loving the community so far, I can read other people's diet journals, ones who are doing the same thing as me, and there's so many tips!
I can't wait to go shopping tomorrow and stock up my fridge with fruits and veggies and get this diet underway.
