Hi, my name is Tamarah. I'm 5'4", and I weigh 180, hoping to get down to 120 as my ultimate goal.

I'm a very impatient person, but I -need- this to happen, so I'm going to really try this time, and keep on this site and watch other members losing weight too, and just follow my plan the best i can with the workout plan and the eating plan, and hope that once I start losing weight, that will push me forward to keep at it.

Now more about me: I live with my boyfriend currently. We've been living together for over a year now, and dating for three. I'm 20. I'm a nanny. I enjoy indie anything, especially movies and music. I love foreign films, and I'm currently trying to learn French. I love cooking/baking and reading. Anything else you want to know, just message me. =)

I'm very open to new friends on this site to push each other.

Hi, so I'm starting Phase 1 of the Fat Smash diet, and was wondering if there's any one else out there just starting it, or maybe not too far in, that I can talk to and exchange tips/encourage with?

Everyone is welcome though! I just wouldn't mind having encouragement while I'm doing this.
