Daily weigh-ins can be cruel. It sure does let you know how your body works though.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's why I weigh only once per week, some times it gives you a more accurate reading !! and you don't have to punish your self every day !!

I don't punish myself. I know I ate OK yesterday. It also serves to remind that every success is built upon a mountain of failures.

Oh heavens, 184 with his tape-measure reminders again. He's right. Do it. Maybe I'll find my tape measure, too.

No taping but I am having to pull my belt a little tighter. Given its a whole I've never used before its like getting a new belt :)

Yes they can! That's why I'll only weigh once a week. I put the scale away and only drag it out on weigh in day. 184 is right, I wish I had measured when I started! Pounds are not the only thing we're losing, inches are melting as well. Great job so far and congratulations on the new belt setting!
