Some tips from ImLuuvd and Information on GI and food intake has helped to another 1lb lost. Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
181.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
