Finally broke 240! I have not been this low in easily 7 years. I am going to continue doing what I'm doing since on top of the weight loss, I'm seeing definition returning, especially to my arms. I'm not Mr. Universe but, it's a good start.
239.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
