WOO HOO!!! 122.0lbs this morning! I biked to work and back and also lifted yesterday, so that may have something to do with it. Or maybe the weekend's tournament deficit finally kicked in. Whatever it is, I'm psyched!

UPDATE:
I must be trying to sabotage myself or something. I feel SO bad. I have a headache, tired, feel really out of it, can't think much.....so am eating terribly as a result. Also had no energy to go run hills as I had planned. 2 fun sized twix, 2 granola bars (FiberPlus and brownie oat), some ruffles....Trying to keep portions down, but ugh, this is terrible. Thank goodness for Arctic Zero, I just want to eat everything in sight and I don't even think I'm hungry. I just want to eat stuff.

Goal for the next couple days:
I read a magazine article that says to eat 1g of carbs for every lb of body weight. So that's about 120g for me. I always go wayyy over that. Okay I guess I can try to make that happen at least a couple days a week.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
