Weight is down, but not much... Body fat (on the scale) has been hovering between 18.8% and 19.1%. Not too bad although I am still unsure if I should be using the athlete mode and if this number is lower than I think.

I am annoyed because even though the food journal (and I have recorded EVERYTHING I ate, maybe I just don't know serving sizes that well) and exercise journal tell me that my net calories are down, I am not losing weight as fast as I should if that were correct. If it takes a 3500 calorie deficit to lose 1 lb, I should have lost 2 lbs since last Monday! WHY NOT??!?
123.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
