Can't weigh in since I have my period absurdly early. Period always = water retention for me. =(

Ahah! The higher calories thing seems to be working out. Feel awesome. Have learned that Bizzy is just not for me.

Got some advice from a nutritionist friend. Going to try eat more food and less carb and see where that takes me. Bumped up calories Monday and Tuesday and woke up a bit lighter today so that's a good sign!

Weigh in this morning has stayed the same....blah. Correctly assumed that feeling horrible and run-down yesterday was due to not enough calories. Feel a billion times better after bumping up carbs (added some fruit) and amount of food yesterday.
On the bright side, photos this morning show slight improvement over last week, especially the side view, so there's that!

After a week of serious dieting, woke up today after 9.5 hours (a ton!) of sleep feeling horrible and run down. Pretty sure it's the low calories that's doing it, but my DAMNED stubborn body has only lost like 2lbs. This is how I know calories in vs. out doesn't work --> I am pretty sure I had wayyy more than 2lb deficit of calories, and also cutting out all sugar and carbs for the most part.
Sometimes, I hate being female.
