Better today, trying to stay focused. I came home from work and got my exercise in. I am proud of myself considering last night I had the dream that always lets me know that there will be panic attacks later that day. I had 3 of them, but instead of getting upset, I started praying and that seem to lessen them and they were not as intense. One day at a time.
