Rough Weekend.

Two dinners out. Beer both nights, and a binge late-night Saturday to boot.
On the positive side, the weather is nice and I got nearly 100 miles on the bike last week. The fancy scale says weight is up a pound but body fat is down 2-3%. That's good if it isn't a result of being dehydrated.

Bottom Line - Need to continue exercising...but really need to get a handle on two age-old problems...

Binge Eating late at night and,
Beer drinking really needs to be nearly eliminated to have any serious weight loss.

Any other late night binge/emotional eaters in the group? It might be nice to "friend" each other for support.
