I know I haven't been here in awhile, but I'm back again.... this week was a better one than in past ones, so I hope to keep it going. I've been on/off my woe but again I'm ok.
I'm trying a new one starting Monday, I looked to see if it was listed but don't see it. Is anyone familiar with the Almased Diet? It is a powder meal replacement and sounds good to get me back on track. Maybe we can start a group with that diet?

Good luck kiddo.... we want you back on track but the only and best way is.... to eat real low carb foods... and stick with it... even when you really don't want to.. so do what makes you happy but remember.. REAL FOODS ARE BEST...
