did ok on my diet, although a little high on fat, but did not get a chance to work out as Kaelyn did not get a nap and hubby came home early. In fact I barely got the house straightened up before it was time to make dinner. AAARRRGHH!Frustrating.
Even more reason why I have to get my fat butt out of bed in the morning EARLY!! Trying to catch up on water...didn't reach that goal today either. Better luck tommorrow I guess. I just need to get up earlier, that's all there is to it.

One day at a time...you're doing fine and don't be SO hard on yourself. You ARE doing it! Tomorrow's another day if you're not happy with what happened today...so make the most of it! Hugs to ya!
