Ok so the plan is I am not eating until I reach 199 lbs. Yesterday's meal 2 french fries 1 fish stick 1 shot of brandy yielded 221 cal, too much. Too much fat too many calories. I gotta get closer to zero. I'm still working out every day so that should keep me from going into starvation mode. I'm not tired or hungry as a matter of fact I'm hyped. I can do this.

Oh, be careful! If your intake is TOO low, your body will hang on all the more to what you're trying to lose (it thinks you're trying to starve yourself.) Maybe you could add more zero calorie foods? I eat a ton of raw veggies with a little dip.

I am very serious about losing weight. Actual pounds not inches. When I began this mission I was 230lbs the weight came off slow and steady. At first people told me it was water weight. HA! Then I plateau at 208, I allowed my body to stall at 208 for 6 days, well after 3 days of less than 250 cal today I hit 206. I don't believe fat people die from starvation. I am fat. This body will learn to live on the fat it already has in storage!
