I will allow myself another week of stable weight, then I'll start again dieting "seriously" and going regularly to gym and swimming pool. My new flat is ok now, still need to find place for some stuff and fix small things. So, I have time again for working out and walking. Weather is quite good in Germany, not rainy and not cold (+10 Celsius on daytime).
Going to swim helped a lot today. My mood is better than yesterday and this morning. Hope to have dinner with Italian new friends during next week. It usually makes me feel at home :)
I see myself in the mirror and I do not look anymore fat to myself. That's a good achievement, I suppose.
