Weighing myself at the end of the day, so this might be a little off, but I checked a little bit ago and was at 90lbs so I’ll record this anyway. It feels weird to be trying to gain weight when everyone else is trying to lose it. I get a lot of self deprecating comments on how “you can have some of my fat” etc. Don’t ever say that guys. It’s just as humiliating and not good for your self esteem either! We’re all in different places
91.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Everyone's goal are different, everyone's story is different but the key is support and empathy. At one point in my life, I struggled to keep weight on... I was 87lbs 5'4... now my struggle is losing weight, I basically doubled in size over 10years!! So I have heard comments like you mentioned, It's very strange how skinny people get shamed and it is "socially acceptable"... like once someone handed me a bag of potato chips and told me I needed to eat them... but imagine I took that bag from said heavy set person who shamed me and then told her she didn't need them...I'd be a hurtful monster!! it is so important to try to put ourselves in other people's shoes before judging and especially commenting...
