I am back on track and after my muffin saga I really had to go through the whole sugar withdrawal again! I am not having any cravings now. Its weigh in day tomorrow. I haven't weighed myself since I put on 4lbs and then took them off again. I hope I haven't stayed the same or forbid put on weight. 2 muffins surely wouldn't make me put on weight. I have no hope if so. Anyway I am renewed. I am trying to think how far I am. I think I am on week 7 of induction. I tend to go up to 23 carbs though so I supposed I am a litttle over induciton not quite in owl. I am a bit afraid to move in a way. I feel safe in induction - I know what to eat and what to buy - its easy! Will see how I have got on on weigh in tomorrow. Just think I will be in the 13 stone mark soon!! WHooooooooppppp!!
