Well, I've been doing well on this diet. Pretty much following it, although, now I add a fruit here and there. I've also been doing Yoga since mid January. And that has been helping to keep my body in good shape. Another promise I made to myself to take better care of myself. I've been enjoying my classes and go almost everyday for an hour. I'm doing mostly Gentle Yoga, and an All Levels classes. I tried Power Yoga once. It was really intense. And it might be a couple of weeks before I'll give it another go. I've pretty much have been losing a lb or two every two weeks. Almost losing weight in a straight line if I look at it on the graph. Guess that is a good thing. :-)
