Ok, ok, ok...soooo...I had a ridiculously large lunch today-- chinese buffet with co-worker and I really went to town. The good news is that while I went waaay over what I would normally eat as far as calories, I managed to keep the eating rather clean minus the teryaki chicken skewers. I may even manage to stay within my daily calories if I keep dinner light. I will probably just do a simple spinach salad with 1/2 chicken breast or something similarly low in calories. The day is still salvagable.
I'm feeling pretty good today with some results showing up on the scale. Hard work does eventually pay off...there is just no way of telling when payday comes.
