I was doing pretty good until I came home & found my parents had stopped in for a visit on their way through...Dad decided to help and had made dinner...Smokies on buns, Kraft Dinner, Potato salad...very tasty, but not a great dinner choice...oh well, another bad diet day...
And today is a weigh in day...nice!
Gotta make sure I go to bed at a reasonable time...hope everyone else is doing better than I am...man, not having a good month so far.
But no excuses...just poor choices and low self control!

I hear ya pal, Thats how my Easter weekened went for 3 days straight. And last night my wife returned from the states with all kinds of goodies. Of course I am going to have a few pretzels when she is eating them at 10PM! Anyway, good luck, we both need to get back on track.
