Day 102 of new lifestyle, and I've passed the 100 day mark! It's incredible; definitely the longest I've ever stuck it out.

I've been sadly unmotivated lately. I went home for Easter and did well overall, but didn't count calories as usual. I've also missed about a week's worth of work outs. No good. I'm not quite sure why I'm so unmotivated. I let myself have a little snack. I mess up and consider the day "ruined," so I eat bad that day and try again the next. I can't let myself get into that habit! Every meal, every snack, every work out is a chance to start again. I need to stop making excuses.

An incredible thing: Somebody who didn't already know that I'm on a weight loss journey noticed I've lost weight! Of course, the people who know I'm actively doing this will mention that I've lost, but I suspect it's because they know how hard I'm trying. But, yesterday, one of my coworkers mentioned to me that he can tell I've slimmed down! It's great motivation, and it makes me feel good about myself.

Well, the time has come. In two weeks, I have to stop losing and just maintain. In two weeks is my dress fitting/alterations appointment for my wedding dress. If I lose anything after that appointment, it will mess with the alterations. I'm a little bummed I couldn't get lower before the wedding, but I suppose I've done what I can in the time period since starting. I'm still going for a goal of 220 pounds by April 30th. I need to work hard and get my massage treat! :)
