Alright another Monday... another fresh start. I have been starting to see small results but in order to step it up. I'm going to cut my beloved cheese out of my diet. I eat cheese on almost everything so I'm hoping to see results if I get rid of it :)
Since I've started counting calories I realized A LOT of my calories just come from the cheese I eat with everything. Wish me luck! :) :)

Hi Millie,
I see we both have cheese related journals this week! I have to avoid buying the stuff, otherwise I'll end up snacking on wedges of it before tucking into my dinner :-S
It's so shocking just how many calories and how much fat it's possible to pack into such a small amount of space!
I've been trying using a little strong cheese (like parmesan) rather than lashings of cheddar. Great for anything you love to have that golden top on when it comes out the oven! You'll still get that cheesy hit and won't feel like you're totally depriving yourself of something you love but still be cutting right back.

I'm bad for snacking on it too!! I could try the parmesan because no cheese is a very unhappy me! :) :)
