Since Feb.17th I lost 2 inches from my bust, 3 from my waist, 2 from my hips! Maybe the weight doesn't show it but the inches does!! :)
154.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
