I started over 3 weeks ago, and have lost 10 pounds. I had reached 210, 211, and was feeling it. Clothing was getting tighter and feelings sluggish. It's a start, and would like to lose at 30 pounds. Been doing pretty well; think I've actually gotten very used to eating much less. I am so thankful for this website. It keeps me honest, when I'm trying.
