Steelersmama, I just looked and it shows you are in induction. Bread of any sort is off limits. You need to increase your caloric intake to 1500-1800 calories daily. An increase of fat should help satiate you. As long as you are satiated, you shouldn't have cravings.

bacon and eggs for breakfast. Also, in the recipe finder here, look up cheesecake pancakes..they are to do for and about 5 carbs per 2 pancakes. That with some bacon is awesome.
i eat leftovers for lunches. good chunk of meat and some steamed veggies are great for dinner. I am a huge sweets-a-holic but this diet has taken that want for sweets away. Hope this helps.

think outside the "breakfast box." You can have steak, veggies, salad, anything for breakfast. Look through all the menus here or any low carb menu. I leave very early in the morning and can't cook @ work. I premake a lot of food on the weekends. My favorite is a tasty chicken muffin.
I have also subbed chicken for tuna & jalepeno peppers, or salmon. The options are countless.
TASTY CHICKEN MUFFINS
12 ounce can chicken, drained and flaked
2 eggs
1/4 cup celery, minced, 1 small stalk
1 teaspoon dry minced onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon chicken seasoning *
2 tablespoons pimiento, minced, optional
2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Mix all of the ingredients well in a medium bowl. Spoon into 6 well-greased muffin cups. Bake at 350º 30-35 minutes, until set and lightly browned.
Makes 6 muffins
Can be frozen
Or use 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon salt

Per 2 Muffins: 319 Calories; 19g Fat; 34g Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 2g Net carbs
