i was pretty surprised at first to see the scale. it was good but it gives me pause. i reduced my caloric intake quite a bit these last few days....ive also been quite sedentary. i fear getting really hungry and packing the pounds on....like 5 more after i eat. i dont know if this is fat or water weight im losing. i couldnt finish my dinner last night... quite a shock since it was my fave meal of lamb chops and pasta w/ broccoli. i ate the pasta w/ pesto and the broccoli. then only half the lamb chop....never had that happen before. Molly was happy as she finished it off and got the bones! i just had a cup of tea to deal with the hunger pangs. i notice i like the feeling i get more from controlling the amt of food i eat. im not liking how i feel after i eat. i always feel bloated and swollen...and my belly bulges making me very uncomfortable.... i like feeling lean as opposed to puffy. that's my motivation for now....continue to feel lean and in control instead of puffy, uncomfortable and out of control. works for now! ;)
212.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
