I have just kept gaining weight through the years until I got to 230. I then figured out that for me it was mostly what was eating ME that helped me gain. That and the diabetes, hypothyroidism, PSOD, cancer...you name it. But since the beginning of the year, I've lost 22 pounds. Slow but steady. I feel so much better even though I'm still 208. I've mostly stopped eating as many sweets, moved a bit more and wrote in my journals. It has helped me understand and like myself more. Best wishes on your journey of what works for you. But just remember to live your life today regardless of your weight. Life is very short and precious.

Now that is a real wake up call when you weigh more than when you were pg. Let's just stop the madness right now and get with the program.
