Ok... 4 day Easter visit to Nan's! I did very good despite the fact she tried very hard to get me to eat everything in her fridge! The woman is a 92 year old powerhouse, who is not happy unless you eat three big meals a day.... followed up with a 'lunch' before bed! Talk about emotional, over eating, food presure.. no wonder I'm overweight! No scales either so gonna use the same weight from last week... Now, back at it...I have a week to take off whatever I put on before an official weigh in next Monday!
