Following my rules: No food between 8 pm and 11:30 am except for milk in coffee.
8 servings of vegetables/fruit per day - mostly raw. 3 servings of meat/week. No gluten. Low glycemic foods only.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
