so pissed. My weight is up and down up and down. :( Clothes don't fit any different and neither I nor Hubby can tell a difference. I've felt a bit better, but why the difference in weight every day. :( I'm about ready to just eat some rocky road and be done with it.

do not give up it will kick in. I have been much slower in losing weight this time and by other's comments here, it seem to be a common problem. I have been doing this for almost 2 months and the scale is not my friend BUT today i put on a pair of jeans that before i could not zip and quess what, they were a little loose! hope this will happen to you soon and then you will keep the faith!!!

Don't give up! In fact, it looks like you only had 936 cals... Your body may think its starving and trying to hold onto fat to protect itself. You may want to eat more veggies too. Just tweak your food a bit and hang in there!

Hon, you're NOT eating enough. You're putting your body in starvation mode and your metabolism is probably slowed down to the near 40% loss that starvation mode triggers. You NEED to eat minimum your BMR (Base Metabolic Rate) in calories each and every day to avoid starvation mode and to restart your metabolism. Google BMR calculator, find yours, and make that the minimum number of calories each day to shoot for. The other thing you need to do, and I know I sound like a nag lol, is EAT MORE VEGGIES! Your net carb count is pitifully low. You need 20 net carbs per day average, with the 12-15 carbs from veggies, remember? You've done so well, don't give up hope! You just need to make a few adjustments and you'll get back in the swing of things. How often to you exercise? Maybe start upping that, too? Get into a routine talking your daughter for a walk? Remember, Atkins is not a crash diet. It's a complete lifestyle revamp, and it's meant to last you through your entire life. The weight loss WILL be up and down, but don't focus on that. Focus on your overall health and well-being. My scale doesn't always like me, and it tends to get stuck for days/weeks at a time. But I know that I'm healthier overall, and the loss will come. I just have to work a little harder at it. But you CAN do it! YOU are stronger than your bad habits, and your cravings! You've already proven that by overcoming your substance abuse. You can do it with this, too!!!

Ok. Done with my little tantrum. :) Thank you all for your comments and being in my corner. I just thought that I should be able to wear something a little smaller if I lost 14 pounds. Also, like I said, the 3 or 4 pound difference every day kinda discouraged me. :) tomorrows another day. :) Thank you all again. :)
