So happy with the choices I made today. We went to Tucano's Brazilian Grille for Lunch. Great place for a low carber. As long as you watch what you get on the salad bar...you can have a great very low carb lunch. The meat was amazing...cooked perfectly. I even said no to the grilled pineapple (which is amazing). I can do this.
