See, what'd we tell ya! you're doing good and sometimes temporary weight will appear out of nowhere...evil I tell ya...trying to discourage us! So sorry your still under the weather, you rest just as much as you can and let hubby tend to things. Don't forget Sheriff Cow Boss Bullytrouble's hot tea remedy! 

Glad the scales are kinder to you today, too. Mine was much better, as well! lol Hope you feel better... I wished I could take a break today, too! Need to clean up b4 our friends get here! Yes... HOT sleepytime tea, with juice of wedge of lemon and tsp of honey, very soothing and does help with healing! :) 

Hi, Gracie, I just read your bio and OMGoodness, it was so sad sounding. You should never feel so bad to go outdoors and see other people. You are a BEAUTIFUL woman and have two healthy munchkins and a good husband...these things are irreplaceable! :) So good job on what you have so far and GREAT JOB on your weight chart, you've been making progress since you've started. Just make sure you stick to the SBD guidelines and more results will surely come. Good luck!
