Sunday is just about over and it is a success so far. I have a plan in place for a low carb dinner and after that, not much else. If I get to craving, I will go to bed early. I never have been one to get up and eat after I have gone to bed. I know there are people out there that will, I have seen them discuss it.

My challenge is eating in the middle of the day when I am bored to death. This afternoon I polished off 7 cheese cubes and 1 oz of pork skins. This was in my plan. the pork skins take a long time to eat one at a time and with a cheese cube it is almost like eating cheese and crackers.
