I experienced a non scale victory today. These jeans that I haven't had on since spring still fit! I was afraid to put them on thinking they wouldn't zip, but they did and they are comfortable. It is starting to be cooler in the mornings so the jeans feel pretty good now. It is still warming up in the afternoons and I love it, but I also love fall and the cool crisp air it brings with it.
Yesterday was a good day for me. I was able to overcome cravings with low carb snacks. Today will be more of the same. I am already off to a good start. I am learning all over again not to give in to hunger due to boredom. I will eat when I am actually hungry. After all the whole purpose of eating is to sustain me and not for the pure pleasure of it.
