Well, I did get anything accomplished today. I slept, had hubby's dr apptn and then kids and the evening! So no workout... :( and tomorrow I am planning on golfing with a friend so prob not morning exercise. I feel like a bum! I have taken a few days off of running as I over did myself! Was pretty sore. I have been following the ryob plan and got ahead oF myself. Should have known better. And should remember to follow the plan from now on! On the other hand eating has been under control. Been happy with my choices. Well enough for now. Will chat later - Hope all is going good for everyone!
