Hello All! Been a little while since I was on! I got caught up in stress and busy work week! I didn't get to do too much exercising either :( This week hopefully back on track. I did end up going golfing with a friend on Wednesday, so that was a relaxing day, and then Thursday I did go for a run at the gym and rode bike a little. But the kids had no school on Friday, and I worked Saturday night, then Easter sunday! UGH...the kids still don't have school on Monday, but too bad, I know I will need a work out that morning. Back to the stress thing. Bad week for that, havent' really wanted to cook at home, haven't really been going over board, but just not "into" it this past week. I know that this is a lifestyle change, and that said, I don't want to fall off the wagon, but weight loss platuea has hit and stress, they just don't help a person out. Thus I have stayed away from the scale too. We will see what Monday brings. Until then, hope everything is going well for everyone!
