Welcome! Ches and 184 are going to tell you to log everything you eat, or apparently they tag team that nudging duty at the welcome front. Logging food was the only reason I signed up here in the first place, so they didn't know what to tell me. ;-) But they're 100% right. I had no idea there would be support here, never mind how MUCH and how helpful. The best way to make the most of it is to ...sing it with me now, low in the background while 184 & Ches dance it loud out front ... log everything you eat! :-) Doesn't matter as much what WoE (way of eating) you choose.

Welcome Bobbie! It does sound like you have your hands full. :) Its time to make sure you take care of yourself, so you will be around for your grand babies! You can do this!
