Rest is #1 priority.
Early Rest Feels sooooooooooo GOOD.
Early Rest Calms my hormones & increases my focus.
I am 139.8 lb. consecutive 2 days.
i made Rest a Habit.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
