I've adjusted my nutritional intake and have added strength training on alternative days when cardio is not done. It seems to be working! 💃🍒
149.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
