I deleted the last journal entry because the picture was so blurry! It's a nice clear picture in my computer and in my phone but didn't look so good here.
I had a few friends over on Friday for "happy hour" with wine or other drinks available (everyone had just wine), cheese and crackers, pickles and olives, grapes and berries, mixed nuts from Costco, and these amazing teriyaki chicken meatballs from Costco. So now I am having a hard time with the left over cheese, crackers and the huge container of deluxe nuts. Overdid it with nuts today, 2 servings. So I just called my niece and told her I'd be sending lots of cheese and nuts and crackers with my sister to her house this week. The meatballs I'll keep. I can have 3 or 4 of them and they will work well with my diet as long as I keep the portion reasonable. Some things I just can't keep in the house. If they're not here they can't tempt me. I'm okay with various breads and rolls in the freezer, for some reason I can resist them, but I'm not going to push it with the cheese and nuts.
