WAS A STRUGGLE..goood thursday morning..alarm on phone woke me at 4am..didnt even want to get up this morning..59 this morning..felt good under the covers..not no 70 like yesterday..so got up an got coffee perking..knew it was gonna need to be ready..went into fitness room said hello to bike/trainer..got laptop an tv connected so i could do a zwift workout..then started getting ready..it was a struggle..almost didnt ride today..but told myself..cant work off fat if im not doing my best..need to move more if i expect to get into them 38 jeans by winter this year..they are so close now..you know how it is when your in between sizes..the size you was in is so baggy..you have em buttoned and zipped up an they fall off..an the other size..is like they are painted on...thats where im at with the 38s...so close an yet so far away...but once i can start wearing them an feeling comfy in them...then il go to walmart an get 36s...need to keep the challenge going...

gotta prep chicken today...do an egg wash on chicken breasts..an then dip them into pork rind mixture..to give em a different taste..an even a more moistness...i use the pork rind mixture last week on hamburgers..mmmmmm goood...only problem...hard to stay outta bag of pork rinds once i open the bag...but getting better about just eating 4-5..an then walking away...

my high intensity workout on zwift is leaving me zapped ..guess thats a good workout when you still have some energy...but lacking the umph...to get up an move afterwords huh...

WELL...JOURNALING IS OVER..headed to kitchen for next cup of coffee..an fix eggs..sausage..jalapenos..shredded cheese..mmmmm...then hour or so fix salad get it prepped for later as well...then back into fast mode once again...weight was down a tad this morning..but just figured id record it tomow or satuday..when its more...lol..

Nice ride WBH....sometimes it takes a lot of energy just to get on the machine, the end result is worth it...most days...LOL. Going for a ride later today with the son in law on our Specialized Crosstrainers, first day back at our place in Kailua Kona...Temps are a lot warmer than back home in Canada, really looking forward to some down time with the family!!

The chicken with the pork rinds...almost tasted like long John chicken...guess I'm missing a stop at fast food place...o well...mine was healthier...
