This is my second journal entry today, but I just can't shake this. I saw a man have a heart attack today and they were pretty sure he wasn't going to make it. I didn't know him, but it was very sad to watch all of this unfold. It made me realize that my health is precious and I really need to take care of myself. I don't want someone making that phone call to my family some day. I could go at any time, but I also could be around for a long time and I'm going to take my chances that I will be here for the long haul and keep myself healthy. My thoughts and prayers go out to that man and his family.
