Down 11.5 lbs. A little disappointed especially since I haven't cheated not once. This is day 15 and I feel I should be down about 15 lbs. Oh well I'm still sticking to the program. More pounds to shed.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a huge amount weight in a short time. Initial weight loss is usually big because of water weight than it slows down. Your doing fine. Keep your weight loss expectations realistic.
