Low carb, high protein breakfast 😁 2 egg whites, 4 oz seared tilapia loin and some ketchup. Tilapia seasoned with S&P, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. 😁 164 calories 🥚🐟🍅

Sarah1950 I was going to scramble them but I got sidetracked with something else and now it’s more of an omelette 😂 it’s not fluffed, it just looks like it 😁
