Had loose bowels yesterday around lunch time.

I was afraid that I was not getting enough fat so I guess I overdid it.

I had ground pork for lunch and boy is that fatty.

I will cut back a little on the fat.

took some homeopathic Sulphur daily to get my heel back to normal from the dry triathalon I did on Saturday. It is much better today.
