Finished my fruit flush and lost a total of 8lbs yay!! now i am on a clean slate and will really watch what goes in my mouth. I didnt starve and suffer for 3 days for nothing...

be careful and don't get discouraged if some of it comes back. I did one similar once and I think most of what I lost was water weight. :)

i am pretty sure that all i lost was water weight. i am expecting the worst in that it all will come back but totally hoping for the best that this was a jump start to loseing. i have been trying so hard and nothing was happening so i did the cleanse to start from scratch.
