40 Days to Better Living, Day24, Water:
Faith Life:
Lord I am thankful for the rain. It is what the earth needs to sustain itself and I should not be selfish and want it to be clear skys just for me.
Medical:
Drink cold water to burn more calories.
Movement:
Go for a swim if you can
Work:
Have water handy to drink through out my work day.
Emotional:
Take a hot shower in the evening to relax.
Family and Friends:
Serve water at dinner time.
Nutrition:
Have unsweetened herbal tea instead if I'm craving something other than water.

...I wish I would have remembered to do some deep breathing yesterday, it would have been helpful. Went for a mini walk but I forgot to concentrate on the wind.
