40 Days to Better Living, Day 26, Land:
Faith Life:
When I sit dowm to eat, try to imagine where each item came from and give thanks for each item.
Medical:
Talk to doc, about caring for bones and muscle while loosing weight.
Movement:
Do some gardening
Work:
Tell co-workers about my journey to wellness.
Emotional:
Spend 10 min today talking to someone of my support system.
Family and Friends:
Go to a Farmers Market with a friend or family member
Nutrition:
Buy fresh produce when possible, and frozen is next best.

...I did drink more water yesterday. And I made plans to go to a pool this saurday with the whole family. The kids are so excited.
