I screwed up...
last night I made egg and chorizo (note to self, DO NOT BUY PORK CHORIZO FORM DISCOUNT STORE AGAIN!)...
oh sure the carbs and proteins added up (quite well infact)...on paper, but after this long (close to 3 years now) of being lean meats and low fats that ripped through me like General Sherman's 1864 march through Georgia to the sea...(I'll your mind's eye conjure up that image)even though I do feel...."lighter".

So I'll NOT post THAT in the personal recipe section.
One of the engineers I work with mentioned there was 'tofu' chorizo out there somewhere, I wonder if I can find it...hmm,maybe not.

You can make anything taste like chorizo. Its all in the seasoning :)

Quality chorizo is SO good, but it has to be quality otherwise...well, lets just say, like Sherman's march, the infrastructure suffers.

in my early low carb days, chorizo and egg was nearly a daily thing..in time I drifted away from it. Had the craving for it again and...
