Ok, I admit..
i've been slacking off a bit (bad jerry, bad [finger wag])you know, little things (a donut a 7/11 when I grab my coffee on the way to work, that cookie at CJ's)...

But no more, self flogging with the "guilt-o-nine tails" will continue until I'm once again on an even keel.

talked to surgeon's nurse, my goose egg swelling on the side of my knee and general puffiness (especially by end of day) is nothing to worry over and considered normal. I don't really hurt anymore (no more feeling like If I where a horse they'd change my name to Elmer because I'd mercifully would be glue). Now I'm achy and so out of condition and they're sending me to outpatient therapy now home care is finished and I'm back at work.

Still shooting for next spring for a little bike touring so all winter to get in shape.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

Get back on the even keel, you will feel better and no more guilt flogging. Take care and feel better. Biking sounds fun.
