Decided to be masochistic today and weigh myself at the gym post-Christmas debauchery. Shocked to see I've lost weight. Perhaps the key is cookies and heavy meals and little to no exercise? Probably not. But, must keep in mind that perhaps extreme happiness links to lowering weight.
